Ready to transform your life? Let's do it!
#1 - Lying Ankle Circles
In general, your upper body must be properly aligned with the lower body. If there is any imbalance, you will feel excessive and uneven pressure on your legs and feet as you move around.
Doing this exercise will help re-align your upper and lower body, as well as relieve hip, ankle, and knee pain.
- Lay down flat on your back. Bend your legs slightly at a comfortable angle so that your toes are firmly touching the ground.
- Stretch one leg outwards and above your body while maintaining a slight bend at the knee if necessary.
Now, gently rotate that ankle in a circular, clockwise motion for 10 seconds. Then again, using the same foot, but this time counter-clockwise for another 10 seconds.
Return to the rest position and repeat step 3 for the other foot.
For best results, repeat this exercise at least three times a day.
#2 - Overnight Compression Sessions
Applying compression to your feet helps increase blood circulation and provide targeted foot pain relief. Certain compression sleeves are designed to improve muscular endurance so you can stand, walk, and work for longer without the onset of pain.
What you need: If you do not have your own set of "Multi Zone" foot sleeves, we highly recommend picking up a set of our best-selling 7-Zone Anti-Fatigue Foot Sleeves (if the promotion is still up, you can get them for FREE by using that link, just have to cover the shipping costs).
Why do I need "Multi Zone" Sleeves? To get the most effective foot pain relief possible. Different levels of compression are required in each of the 7 areas of the foot.
Anyways, when I said this is a simple exercise, I definitely meant it. Yet, it is also very effective, our readers always tell us that this was their key to locking down foot pain. Here we go!
Compression Session: One hour before bed, slip on your Compression Sleeves and wear them the rest of the night. Take off the sleeves in the morning to find happy, refreshed feet!
TIP: The best way to remember your sessions is to set a repeating reminder on your phone or alarm clock to go off one hour before bed every night.
Make sure to repeat these Overnight Compression Sessions on a nightly basis for consistent improvement each morning. Within a few weeks, you should notice a HUGE difference with how you and your feet are feeling.
#3 - The Pencil Collector
Here’s another simple, yet extremely effective exercise to keep you and your feet smiling.
This is a wonderful way to loosen up your ankles while increasing the strength in your toes.
What you need: Chair, Pen or Pencil, and a Timer (optional).
- While sitting in a chair, use your toes to pick up the pencil with one foot and hold it in the air for 10 seconds. Place your foot back down on the ground and let go of the pencil. This counts as ONE pick-up.
- Perform 4 more pick-ups with the current foot, and then alternate to the other foot and perform 5 pick-ups. You should end up with a total of 10 pick-ups between both feet.
- Set your timer for a 2 minute break - relax the feet completely, rub them if needed.
- After the 2 minute break perform another 5 pick-ups for each foot to complete one session of The Pencil Collector.
Do this exercise twice daily.
RECOMMENDED: Perform the first session of The Pencil Collector in the morning, right before taking off your Compression Foot Sleeves from the Overnight Compression Sessions exercise. Perform the second session in the evening, directly after putting on foot sleeves.
